Nicholas A. Caputo

As a Summer Research Fellow, Nick researched the interplay between constitutional law and frontier AI regulation, focusing in particular on the application of the First Amendment to different proposed governance interventions. He also analyzed international regulatory approaches to frontier AI systems and how different jurisdictions around the world have approached regulation.
