Summer Research Fellow – US Law & Policy

Jennifer Lee is a Summer Research Fellow at LawAI, where she focuses on the intersection of AI governance and U.S. law and policy. Her work explores how emerging legal technologies can support civic engagement, civil rights, and equitable access to justice. Before joining LawAI, Jennifer worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce on policy and strategic planning under Secretary Gina Raimondo. She previously served in the Biden-Harris Administration at the White House and held roles advancing national policy and advocacy campaigns at the ACLU’s Justice Division, the Center for American Progress, and the National Women’s Law Center. Jennifer holds an A.B. from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and is currently pursuing her J.D. at Harvard Law School.
