Apostolos Latsonas is a Summer Research Fellow at LawAI, focusing on the intersection of private law, particularly tort law, and the governance and regulation of AI systems, with a specific focus on agentic AI. He holds degrees in law and philosophy from the University of Athens and is also an incoming LL.M. student at Harvard Law School. His graduate research on AI agency earned him a fellowship with the Tokyo Foundation. Prior to joining LawAI, Apostolos worked as a corporate lawyer in tech M&A and at the European Commission, where he was part of the legislative unit on AI liability.
