Mike is a Senior Research Scholar at LawAI. Mike's research focuses on U.S. national security law, administrative law, and constitutional law. Mike received his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2016, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Mike has clerked at all three levels of the federal judiciary, and then served in the Federal Programs Branch at the Department of Justice, where he represented the United States in federal district court litigation on administrative and constitutional law matters. Most recently, Mike worked in the National Security Division's Office of Law & Policy, where he represented the Department of Justice in interagency national security policymaking processes. Before law school, Mike served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
