Winter Research Fellow – EU Law

Prakriti is a Winter Research Fellow at the Institute for Law & AI. She is a qualified lawyer in India and holds an LLM from the University of Cambridge with a specialism in Intellectual Property, Technology and Information Law. During her time at Cambridge, she worked as a researcher on the Cambridge Pro Bono Project, examining AI deployment in criminal justice systems. Prior to her LLM, Prakriti served as a Legal Researcher at the Election Commission of India and gained litigation experience through internships with judges at the Delhi High Court and senior government counsels. She holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a BA (Hons.) in Philosophy from Hindu College, University of Delhi, where she was awarded first in her cohort.
