Gurchit Singh Chatha

Gurchit left Stanford Law to found Pelican Systems, which builds HRIS software for federal government. At LawAI, he is researching the speed and safeguarding of federal AI procurement pathways. Before Stanford, Gurchit was an investor on a CIO pod at Bridgewater Associates, studied great power competition in China as a Schwarzman Scholar, and scaled a Series B startup (Bellhop Moving) to 40 markets and managed a 10,000-contractor workforce. Alongside work, Gurchit serves as an LTJG in the U.S. Navy Reserves.
