Spencer Amdur is a Senior Research Scholar at the Institute for Law & AI, where he advises policymakers on AI governance and studies legal issues that bear on AI policy. Prior to LawAI, Spencer worked as a litigator at the ACLU and the U.S. Department of Justice. He clerked for Judge Judith W. Rogers on the D.C. Circuit and graduated from Yale Law School.
