Daniel Slate

Summer Research Fellow – US Law & Policy

Daniel is currently Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Notre Dame Law School, where he teaches data privacy law and writes on law and technology, emergency powers, and constitutional history. Daniel is also a Faculty Affiliate of the AI Trust and Reliability Lab and the Human-Centered Responsible AI Lab at Notre Dame's Lucy Family Institute for Data & Society. He studied at Stanford University (JD, PhD, BA with honors and distinction) and at yeshivot in Israel. Daniel previously worked at Palantir with the product management, business development, and privacy and civil liberties teams.
