Abby is a Private Law Fellow & ISP Resident Fellow at Yale Law School, where she studies the role of private law, complex civil litigation, and emerging technologies in shaping American civic and social life. After receiving her J.D. from Yale, Abby clerked for Judge Hamilton on the Seventh Circuit and litigated algorithmic price-fixing MDLs at a major plaintiff-side firm. She studied informatics and public diplomacy in the U.K. as a Marshall Scholar and holds an engineering degree from Purdue.
