Caroline Fitzsimons

Caroline Fitzsimons is an independent EU law and policy expert and researcher. She specialises in delivering legal analysis and mixed-methods research for EU institutional clients, including the European Commission and Parliament. She holds a double degree in French and English law (Paris XII), as well as an LLM in EU law from Leiden University. Previously, she worked as a Senior Legal Consultant at EY Belgium and led the EU law department at the French Bank Users Association (AFUB). She has also gained experience at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
