Dr Elina Nerantzi is a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law. Her work focuses on the emergence of agentic “AI crimes” and the legal responses to them. She holds a PhD in Law from the European University Institute (EUI) and a Magister Juris from the University of Oxford.
