Prof John Bliss

John Bliss is an Associate Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and affiliate faculty at the Harvard Law School Center on the Legal Profession. He holds a JD and a PhD from UC Berkeley. His research offers an empirical lens on the legal profession, including the role of lawyers in advancing social change and the public interest. His recent work examines how artificial intelligence is transforming legal practice and how lawyers can help govern AI’s gravest risks.
