Sarah Tegeler

Sarah is Senior Talent Manager at the Institute for Law & AI, based in Berlin, where she leads hiring and talent evaluation. Previously, she was Director of Effective Altruism Germany (EAD), overseeing its strategy, fundraising, and evaluation. While leading EAD, she first worked with LawAI in 2025 as a Senior Executive Associate. Earlier in her career she worked in German philanthropy, including as Social Impact Lead at aidFIVE and in grant-making roles at the Deutsche Fernsehlotterie Foundation and the Rudolf Augstein Foundation. She holds master's degrees in cultural and media management from the Hamburg University of Music and Drama and from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh.
