Tobi Olasunkanmi

Tobi is a Senior Research Scholar at LawAI. His work focuses on frontier AI governance and regulation, particularly under EU and international law. He has extensive experience advising sovereign states, investors, and civil society organisations on international law disputes. His prior roles include work as a Senior Associate at Jenner & Block, a researcher for the UN Special Procedures, a Teaching Fellow at Harvard, and a trainee at Freshfields. Tobi is a solicitor-advocate in England and Wales, transitioning to the Bar. He holds a law degree from Cambridge with First Class Honours and an LLM from Harvard with Dean’s Scholar Prizes.
