Victoria Krauss

Victoria is Chief of Staff at LawAI, where she works closely with the Director on strategic priorities, operations, and organizational design. Before joining LawAI, she was a Senior Manager at the Lead Exposure Elimination Project (LEEP), a global health nonprofit, where she led its global work with industry and oversaw country programs across Latin America, Africa, and China. Earlier, she worked in philanthropy and strategy consulting at GiveWell and Wellspring Consulting. Before moving into the nonprofit sector, she spent seven years working as a lawyer at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP (WilmerHale), representing governments and corporations in international disputes and co-leading the first freedom of expression case decided by the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights. She holds a Juris Doctor in Law and Politics from the University of Montevideo and an Executive MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics.
